RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY (Updated October 2025)

We want you to love your purchase from Saverah Village.
If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re happy to offer returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order.


UK RETURNS

  • Returns within the UK are free.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original, undamaged packaging with all tags attached.

  • Sale or discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or damage.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10–14 working days.
You’ll receive an email confirmation once it’s processed.

To start a return, simply sign into your account and follow the return steps, or email village@saverah.com for assistance.


INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

  • International customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Returns must be sent via a tracked postal service with proof of postage.

  • Saverah Village cannot be held responsible for parcels lost in transit.

Refunds are issued for the value of the goods only (shipping fees are non-refundable).


IMPORTANT NOTES

  • Full refunds are conditional on goods being returned in their original packaging and resalable condition.

  • Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method.

  • If a returned item is not in suitable condition, it will be returned to you.
