Returns within the UK are free!
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order inside the UK. You can return your product for store credit, or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- We/Sellers accept returns within 30 days following the receipt of your delivery.
- Discounted/sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- All items must be returned, unused, unworn and in their original, undamaged packaging with tags attached.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
- Any items that are received back which are not in a resalable condition will be returned to you.
- Once we/seller receive your package, please allow up to 14 days for processing. You will receive an email notification when your refund has been processed.
- Please note that refunds can only be issued back to your original payment method.

To return an item, sign into your account and follow the return procedure.
When choosing a shipper, we recommend purchasing tracking and insurance, as we cannot be responsible for lost return shipments. Customers must keep track of their own parcel to ensure it reaches us.
Full refund of the cost of the items is entirely conditional based on goods being returned in the original packaging and in a re-sellable condition.
International customers are required to return unwanted orders at their own cost. Orders placed by customers outside of the UK, please return via your local post office and ensure you obtain a 'Proof of postage' receipt. You are responsible for the safe return to the return address.
