DELIVERY INFORMATION

Shopping with Saverah Village

When you shop with Saverah Village, you can enjoy a simple and seamless checkout process — no matter how many items you purchase.

If your total order is under £50, a delivery fee may apply.

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email from Saverah Village.
When your item is ready to ship, you’ll receive another email with your tracking number and dispatch details.

Orders are normally confirmed within 24 hours (Monday–Friday).
Once shipped, you’ll receive a final notification confirming your parcel is on its way.

UK STANDARD DELIVERY (3–4 Working Days)

  • Free delivery for orders over £50 (automatically applied at checkout)

  • £3.95 for orders under £50

  • Orders delivered Monday–Saturday (excluding bank and public holidays)

  • Signature required upon delivery

UK NEXT DAY DELIVERY

  • £8.00 for next-day delivery

  • Orders must be placed before 1pm, Monday–Thursday

  • Orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched the next working day and delivered the following day

  • Orders placed after 1pm on Friday will be dispatched Monday and delivered Tuesday

  • Please note: Public Holidays may affect delivery times

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • £15.00 flat rate for international delivery

  • Delivery Monday–Saturday (excluding public holidays)

  • Estimated delivery: up to 10 working days

  • Tracking details provided once shipped

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • All UK prices include VAT and duties.

  • International deliveries may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees, applied by your local customs authority.
    These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
